The CG-animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles feature, TMNT, is listed among the contenders for the second annual Scream Awards, a two-hour event that will recognize the best in horror, sci-fi, fantasy and comic books next month in Los Angeles. The ceremony will tape on Friday, Oct. 19, at the Greek Theatre, and will premiere on Viacom’s Spike TV on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).
A complete list of 200 Scream Award nominees can be found at www.scream.spiketv.com, where fans can vote for their favorites from Friday, Sept. 7, through Friday, Oct. 19. The site will also feature exclusive red-carpet and backstage coverage of the event.
