Gatchaman G2 Poster

Most of people saw this poster in ComiCon, I find this poster everywhere in internet since the anime expo, but that version is just from photo taking. I finally get approval from company to share this the better quality version with friends here. We all like this one, hope that we have time to make the rest of other 4 Gatchaman. : )

Newspaper AD of Zentrix HK Launch

嘩! 竟然比我在internet找到呢張嘢... 話說當年 2004, Zentrix在香港首播, 話哂都係香港第一套自家製的CG動畫, 為答謝大家, FRANCIS便出了這全版AD... 這是歷史見證, 雖然當時的回響 不多, 對我們有份參與的意義卻很重大 XD (layout是printer做的, 超快速的那種, 雖然不太喜歡...)

There are quite a lots Astroboy stuffs at HKACG2009 (Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong), include old and new AstroBoy products. The most exciting thing is we can see Hottoys AstroBoy action figure prototype.

Pluto: Urasawa X Tezuka

A AstroBoy Fan made this interesting image to see the comparison between Tezuka's original characters and Urasawa's revision from Pluto Manga.

Plot Summary of Pluto Manga: Based off of a story arc from Osamu Tezuka's Tesuwan Atomu, Pluto follows the Europol detective Gesicht as he tries to uncover the mystery behind a string of robot and human deaths. The case becomes much more puzzling when evidence leans toward the murders being the work of a robot, which is something that hasn't happened for 8 years.

This is one of my top 5 comic, I really like the way of Urasawa's story telling which is very special. Atom fan or Manga fans must read that. The HK version volume 7 is just released.

AstroBoy Timeline

The Official Astro Boy Movie website was recently updated with an interactive timeline. It starting from 1928, the year Osamu Tezuka and going all the way to the present of upcomming animated CG movie. Nice!

AstroBoy Movie Japanese Official website updated today!! They announced that the release date in Japan will be 10.10.2009, almost 2 weeks earlier than the US. And The voice actor of Astro nad Tenma was announced as well.

AstroBoy Banner

This is the AstroBoy movie Banner I found at the bottom of Tezuka Osamu Official Site, here i screen cap the images in to sequence order, you can see the animated flash verion there. I like how the designer (from Tezuka) intergrate the Cores (Blue and Red) with the imagi logo "i". About the Logo, this is deisgnded by Tony Tang in 2000, not sure how much people like it but it connects to all of imagi animators here... I think people from outside start to regonize that, why do we need to change that?
