Versus/Hearts by Dan Matutina

A great project by über-talented Philippines illustrator Dan Matutina.
“Versus/Hearts is about rivals. Rivals hate each other, but deep inside they know they couldn’t exist without the other.” - Dan Matutina

Rabbit-Sculptures by Russell Wrankle

"I am a sculptor who chooses ceramics as my primary medium. My subject matter is personal narrative through the use of animal imagery. Like Aesop’s Fables, animals are an apt vehicle to express human truths and characteristics. Using familiar animals such as rabbits dogs, frogs and crab claws, I interpret them through the filter of my own experience. While the leaping off point for the imagery is personal, I believe that the personal is universal. Joy, suffering and points in between are experienced cross culturally and I attempt to express the universal in my art through visual metaphor. "-

35mm = 35 movies in 2 mins

35mm from we think things on Vimeo.

»35mm« is a shortfilm about cinema itself. We picked 35 of our favorite movies and tried to simplifly them as far as possible. The outcome is a 2 minute journey through the history of film. Take a close look and tell us if you've recognized them all!"

CALVAIRE FRUITE from Ghayth, Eddy, Victor on Vimeo.

Bold is a character with an atypical physic. He is way more taller than his peers, and very brutal in spite of himself. Which led him to be rejected by everyone. Dirt, is just the opposite, it’s a bum small and sickly, constantly struggling for survival. Bold is going to offer a fruit to Dirt, by kindness, but he will obviously take fright. What follows is a chase between the two characters, in a fantastic universe. Until the final ending.
