The Neverhood
As mentioned previously, The Neverhood is one of my favorite game. The character and the world design is very NEW at that time in 1996, with fluent animation in stop motion style and creative interactive puzzle elements, when playing the game just like watching a animation. If you haven't seen this, take a quick look on the trailer below.
