"Entartete Kunst" by Derek Stenning

Entartete Kunst is a personal project by Derek Stenning who has spent the last decade working as a production artist in the game design field and is currently the senior concept artist at Microsoft Studios Victoria. Entartete Kunst, was started in an attempt to get back to his creative roots and features weathered cosmonauts crowned with giant headgear, inhabiting a hazy void somewhere between hope and despair. His art is a combination of Soviet inspired retro sci-fi, Jewish mystical and qabalistic symbolism. This project has been well received, being featured in numerous exhibitions and international publications, including Spectrum, Imagine FX, and Advanced Photoshop to name a few.
