Sonar

Sonar from Renaud Hallée on Vimeo.

Simple dots and circles evoke the complex visual music in
Sonar. A 2009 piece by Renaud Hallée of Possible Metrics. More detailed information can be read as follows:
“Sonar was thought as an evolving cyclical and musical life form. It’s the experiment which started it all :The film premiered at the Sommets du cinéma d’animation de Montréal at the Cinémathèque québécoise in december 2009 and was part of the official selection of numerous film festivals (notably Annecy and Ottawa animation fests, Milano, Mecal, Lille and Rouyn-Noranda film fests) as well as being screened in several music festivals and cultural events.”

There is another good example of visualize audio animation previously:

Meet the MINI Family

A new video from MINI worldwide which is very entertaining and fun to watch!

"That’s one part music video, one part art project, one part commercial. Featuring lots of stop motion and other fun artistic juxtapositions, this video even gives us a glimpse of the new MINI Clubman Hampton Edition. Going model by model, the video definitely has an international flavor as we see MINIs zipping around the city, the desert, the mountains, the track and everywhere in between." [ via Motorfiling ]

‘Machine Civilization’ – World Order

Sudo's message in the YouTube video description: "The unprecedented disasters unfolding in Japan; earthquakes, tsunami, and nuclear explosions, will somehow change things to come. And to send my message about this, I have expressed it here with WORLD ORDER. These disasters can be interpreted as a turning point for civilization. I think that we have arrived at a time of revolution, shared with all the people of the world, in today's society, economy, and political systems. Incidents themselves are neutral.
I believe that every single one of us, wandering through this deep darkness, can overcome anything, if only we let go of our fear, and face the it all in a positive light. The world is not going to change. Each one of us will change. And if we do, then yes, the world will be changed. It is darkest right before the dawn. Let's all rise up to welcome the morning that will be so very bright for mankind. WE ARE ALL ONE"

Mtv Bicentenario by Plenty

Mtv Bicentenario by Plenty™ from Plenty on Vimeo.

-
Liberators:
This side represents the old cultures and Latin-American tribes deeply-rooted to the land, floods of life, color, energy and rhythm, they gallop all together in order to look after the mother nature.

-
We were summoned to develop a surrealistic world in which two historical sides clash: Latin America Liberators with Spanish Realist. We represented each side as an army made of abstracts forms showing their origins and aspirations.
First they clash and fight during the morning light. By the night the battle is over and the survivors have mutated into new forms. They gather their casualties together in a central point and celebrate a rebirth ritual that generates an excessively vital energy explosion. Finally, the sunrise brings along the resurrection that comes from the heart of the earth. It is the beginning of a new identity resulting from the cultural mix.
